Organic ingredients sourced from the restaurant’s own garden will dominate along with sharing plates for a modern take on beach dining.

We're trying to be good for the environment as well as good for you! Everything that is disposable is 100% organic and made from renewable or recycled materials.

In Aiyanna you will also find Ibiza Hope Boutique with locally inspired, sourced and made products, everything within the store is crafted by local designer Ivonne Carolina – who you’ll also find onsite daily to help you style your perfect ensemble and alter pieces to flatter your figure – and is inspired by not only her life in Ibiza, but also her worldly travels.

In 2017 Aiyanna won the White Ibiza Best New Restaurant award and in 2021 Aiyanna has been listed and recommended by Conde Nast Traveller as one of the best beach clubs in the world for summer 2021!
