Our Menu - Fresh, Seasonal and Healthy

Using organic produce grown in Aiyanna’s own organic garden, the dishes are seasonal, fresh and healthy and have a nod towards the flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean.


Aiyanna Menu

Whether you want a relaxed sharing plate lunch or a long afternoon of eating and drinking, the Aiyanna menu compliments a perfect day at the beach.


Not only food...

The menu is paired with a selection of wines, cava and champagne as well as our own Aiyanna cocktails and fresh juices.


(vg) CRUNCHY GREEN SALAD of kale, broccoli, rocket, quinoa, chickpeas and pistachios

(v) ARTICHOKE FLOWERS with feta cheese, pine-nuts, lemon and mint

(v) GRILLED WATERMELON glazed in agave, with rocket, almonds and Ibizencan goat cheese

(v) CLASSIC GREEK SALAD fresh cherry, sundried and roasted tomatoes, feta cheese, Kalamata olives and roasted chickpeas

STEAMED MUSSELS In a lemongrass, harissa and coriander consommé

CARPACCIO OF COD with tomato and peppers and caper concassé .

GRILLED QUEEN SCALLOPS with a chili and lime butter

MARINATED SALMON with buckwheat tabbouleh, cucumber, apple, avocado, creamy horseradish and salmon caviar.

ANDALUSIAN MIXED FRIED FISH a selection of John Dory, baby squid, dogfish and crisp cod slices served with a lime mayonnaise

RED KING PRAWN TARTAR served with a chilled Tom Kha dressing, lime kefir and samphire


(vg) CHARGRILLED AUBERGINE and smoked tofu with a tomato and kimchi sauce

(vg) ROASTED CAULIFLOWER miso sauce, lime and cashew nuts crushed with agave

(vg) SAUTEED QUINOA with a smoked romano pepper and almond puree, roasted mixed peppers and ground kalamata olives

GRILLED OCTOPUS TIMBAL octopus layered with sweet potato parmentier, smoked paprika ali oli and samphire.

CHARGRILLED LOBSTER with Ibizencan baby potatoes, kimchi mayonnaise and a cabbage salad with citrus vinaigrette (min 2 people)

WHOLE OVEN BAKED SEABASS wrapped in banana leaves, served with roasted new potatoes, green and red “mojo” sauce and a sprouts and fennel salad.

TUNA FILLET with an orange and lime marinade, avocado, butternut squash and mangetout.

CHARGRILLED FREE RANGE CHICKEN grilled in the Josper oven with za’atar spice, served with baby baked potatoes sauteed spinach, pine nuts and raisins

LAMB TAJINE with couscous and a mint yogurt sauce.

AIYANNA’S HAMBURGER 100% galician beef, grilled Mahon cheese, caramelized onions, rocket, truffle mayonnaise and french fries

GRILLED DUCK BREAST with glazed peaches and a nut and coconut crumble



(v) SUNDRIED TOMATO RISOTTO with courgettes, rocket and creamy labneh cheese

OVEN BAKED SPANISH RICE with calamari, traditional “Salmorreta” and and squid ink ali oli

(v) PACCHERI PASTA WITH PISTACHO PESTO with aubergine, burrata cheese and cherry tomatoes


PINNAPLE AND CATALÁN CRÈME PATISSAIRE ROLLS with coconut ice-cream, rum and pink pepper caramel sauce

SICILIAN CANNOLI filled with creamy pistachio, ricotta and a chilled chocolate sauce

(vg) COCONUT MUHALLEBI a creamy coconut milk and rose water pudding, with pistachios and pomegranate syrup

CHEESE CAKE oven baked with a touch of sweet gorgonzola, served with Kumquat and a touch of citrus and basil

CARROT CAKE with a hint of curry, with white chocolate foam and caramelized pecans

CHOCOLATE GANACHE with a goldenberry gelee and roasted almond ice-cream.

At Aiyanna Ibiza you will find a gleaming silver food truck that serves healthy juices and freshly prepared snacks. Whether you want to eat in the lounge area or take away to the beach, the menu is perfect for long, hot summer days.

We're trying to be good for the environment as well as good for you! Everything that is disposable is 100% organic and made from renewable or recycled materials.
