Aiyanna Beach Yoga and Breakfast

Aiyanna Beach Yoga and Breakfast

What's better than starting your day with a yoga class on a beach of Ibiza? In this way you can nourish both your body and your soul.

Cala Nova bay is tranquil and beautiful in the early morning sunlight, a unique setting for Aiyanna beach Yoga. The perfect combination of sun, sand and sea make are ideal for an early morning yoga practice in Ibiza.

Aiyanna has morning yoga classes by the beach every Monday to Friday starting at 9:00am. All classes are taught in English and Spanish by experienced yoga teachers and the sessions are perfect for all levels and experience. Please note our classes are not suitable for pregnant women under 15 weeks and I over 7 months.

The yoga is followed by a healthy breakfast, a perfect start to a day.

Yoga and breakfast cost 32€ and pre-booking is essential. The breakfast only without the yoga class is 20€

Pre-booking is essential for all classes, we have no walk in spaces.  Please arrive at 8:45am for check-in and relaxation, the guided practice is from 9:00am until 10:15am. Please note that if you arrive after a class has started you will not be allowed to participate in the session. We ask you to respect the class and your fellow yogis and arrive in time to check in, get your mat and relax into your practice.

Classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays are held by Satya. For her yoga has always been a natural remedy and she also is passionate about touching the lives of those she meets on a deep and meaningful level. Using yoga and meditation as tools for observation and as a way of learning about one’s self, Satya has learnt how to awaken the senses to truly appreciate the positive impact yoga achieves.

Classes on Monday and Wednesday are held by Chave, who has been learning embodiment practices for over fifteen  years. She lead yoga classes, workshops and retreats in Spain and the U.S and completed her yoga training in Los Angeles, studying Vinyasa  and Therapeutics.  In 2008 I traveled to India to study Iyengar and Ashtanga.
