STARTERS

 

Kale salad with a vegan (cashew) cheese, pomegranate, caramelised onion, sunflower seed and agave vinaigarette (VG)

Mussels in a spicy marinera sauce made with lemongrass, lime and coriander

Roasted beetroot carpaccio with labneh cream cheese and local Ibizencan figs (V)

Aiyanna´s crisp mixed fried fish (baby squid, whitebait and marinated dogfish) with a lime mayonnaise

Lebanese style falafel with a greek yoghurt, mint and tahini dip (V)

Moroccan spiced chicken salad, dressed with a light soy mayonnaise and parmesan cheese

Roast pumpkin hummus with a wheat free ‘cous cous’ containing broccoli, carrot, cauliflower and green asparagus, served with a tahini and coriander dressing (VG)

Aiyanna’s Greek tomato salad with sundried, roasted and fresh cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, red onion, Kalamata olives and crisp roasted chickpeas (V)

Marinated mackerel infused with hierbas ibizencas, pumpkin, radish and a light parmesan cream sauce

Iberian cured Jamón with toasted bread and tomato

PASTA AND RICE

Traditional Spanish rice dish with artichokes and chargrilled vegetables (VG)

Octopus “fideuá” (traditional Spanish noodles cooked in a paella style)

Truffled papardelle pasta with fresh green asparagus and pecorino romano cheese

MAINS

Chargrilled aubergine with smoked tofu and a tomato and kimchi sauce (VG)

Aiyanna’s 100% vegetarian “Beyond Burger” with (optional) grilled Mahon cheese, caramelized onions, rocket, truffle mayonaise and frech fries

Whole barbecued Mediterranean squid served with chargrilled leeks and a muhammara dip

Filet of turbot with courgette ‘zoodles’ and a kale pesto

Roasted whole fish of the day served with green peppers and thinly sliced baked potatoes (price per kilo)

Chargrilled lobster served with a traditional fisherman’s sauce based on potatoes, paprika and garlic (min for 2 persons, price per person)

“Za’atar”spiced free-range chicken chargrilled in the Josper-oven and served with grilled mixed vegetables, almonds and raisins

Aiyanna’s 100% beef burger with grilled Mahon cheese, caramelized onions, rocket, truffle mayonaise and frech fries

DESERTS

Caramelized Torrija (Spanish style french-toast) with a sweet pumpkin & ornage sauce and vanilla ice cream

A sweet melon soup with orange blossom, caramelised pine nuts and a goat cheese ice cream

Chocolate ganache and almond praline served on a crisp roasted meringue

Toasted sesame ice cream on a bed of white chocolate light foam and sesame Chebakia pieces
