Using organic produce grown in Aiyanna’s own organic garden, the dishes are seasonal, fresh and healthy and have a nod towards the flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean.

Whether you want a relaxed sharing plate lunch or a long afternoon of eating and drinking, the Aiyanna menu compliments a perfect day at the beach.

STARTERS

Kale salad (VG)
with pomegranate, cashew cheese, caramelised onion, sunflower seeds and agave vinaigrette

Mussels in spicy marinera sauce
made with lemongrass, lime and coriander

Grilled watermelon (VT)
glazed in agave, with rocket, almonds and Ibizencan goat cheese
 
Andalusian mixed fried fish
a selection of crisp mixed fried fish with a lime mayonnaise
 
Lebanese falafel (VT)
served with a Greek yogurt, mint and tahini dip
 
Grilled queen scallops
with a chilli and lime butter
 
Roasted baby carrots (VG)
glazed with agave, served with a dukkah dip, curried hummus and roasted chickpeas

Marinated salmon
with a buckwheat tabbouleh, cucumber, apple, avocado and creamy horseradish
 
Red king prawn tartar
served with a chilled Tom Kha dressing, lime kefir and samphire

Classic Greek salad (VT)
with sundried, fresh cherry and roasted tomatoes, feta cheese, Kalamata olives and roasted chickpeas
 

MAINS

Chargrilled aubergine and smoked tofu (VG)
with a tomato and kimchi sauce

Roasted cauliflower (VG)
Miso sauce, lime and cashew nuts crushed with agave

Chargrilled squid
served with an Ibizencan potato salad, samfire and sea urchin vinaigrette

Roasted fish of the day
with thinly sliced baked potatoes and roasted green peppers

Filet of sole
with a Zumaque butter confit , stir fried endive leaves and finely slices of apple

Chargrilled lobster
with a traditional fisherman’s sauce based on potatoes, paprika and garlic 


Chargrilled veal chop
basil and rocket pesto with grilled vegetables

Chargrilled free range chicken
grilled in the Josper oven with ‘Zatar’ spice, served with baby baked potatoes sauteed spinach, pine nuts and raisins

Aiyanna’s 100% beef burger
with grilled Mahon cheese, caramelised onions, rocket, truffle mayonnaise and french fries

with mixed summer vegetables and roasted garlic

Spanish rice with red king prawns (Carabineros)
a “meloso” rice (creamy) with plancton ali oli drops

Pappardelle pasta with asparagus (VT)

Sicilian cannoli
filled with creamy pistachio, ricotta and a chilled chocolate sauce
 
Strawberry and apple tartar
with a ginger glazed and an apple and wasabi sorbet
 
Greek yoghurt cheese cake
with kumquat and a touch of citrus and basil

Peach and date crumble
with sweet wine sauce and vanilla ice cream

Chocolate and hazelnut brownie
with avocado ganache and chocolate sorbet

At Aiyanna Ibiza you will find a gleaming silver food truck that serves healthy juices and freshly prepared snacks. Whether you want to eat in the lounge area or take away to the beach, the menu is perfect for long, hot summer days.

We're trying to be good for the environment as well as good for you! Everything that is disposable is 100% organic and made from renewable or recycled materials.
